           Tori et Uke sont en position naturelle. Tori déséquilibre Uke par une traction de sa main gauche vers I'avant-droit de Uke. Tori pivote sur ses jambes et lance son corps de façon a venir placer sa jambe droite semi-flechie en barrage devant la jambe droite de Uke, orteils au sol, talon levé. Le poids du corps de Tori est reparti sur ses deux jambes. Tori tire avec sa main gauche et il pousse latéralement avec sa main droite. Tori redresse les jambes et il se penche vers I'avant, ce qui fait basculer Uke. L'action des mains de Tori est importante. La gauche tire vers I'avant et vers I'extérieur, tandis que la droite, avant-bras collé à la poitrine de Uke, pousse sur le cote gauche de Uke.

     Tori and Uke are in natural position. Tori unbalances Uke by a

 traction of its left hand towards I' before-right of Uke. Tori swivels on

 its legs and launches its body in way has to come to place its
